RT Roadside – Terms & Conditions

- This quotation is valid for 14 days from the date issued.  
- All work is carried out by RT Roadside Mobile Mechanic at the customer’s requested location. The customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible, in a safe working area, and legally parked.  

- All prices are subject to vehicle inspection. Additional costs may apply in cases such as seized, corroded, or previously damaged components.  

- Any additional work identified during the job will be discussed with the customer and must be authorised before proceeding.  

- Parts supplied are OE quality or equivalent unless otherwise stated.  

- A warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) is provided on parts and labour, excluding failures caused by pre-existing faults, wear and tear, misuse, or unrelated component failure.

- NO warranty provided on customer supplied Parts
Materials or fluids

- RT Roadside accepts no liability for any pre-existing faults, hidden defects, or consequential failures not directly related to the work carried out.  

- Estimated labour times are a guide and may vary depending on vehicle condition and site working conditions.  

- In the event that work cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe corrosion, incorrect parts supplied, unsafe conditions), labour charges may still apply.  

- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.  

- Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the work. We accept cash or card, unless otherwise agreed in advance.  

- RT Roadside reserves the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
